Job Overview

This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting maintenance technicians with tasks such as installing/removing equipment.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing PIT batteries and cleaning equipment.
  • Evaluating and inspecting facilities to determine general upkeep or repair requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Change PIT batteries, clean equipment, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Label Tec Printers.
  • Support Maintenance Technicians: Assist maintenance technicians with tasks such as installing/removing equipment and evaluating/inspecting facilities.
  • Safety Procedures: Follow proper safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment.

Requirements

  • Lifts and Carries: Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 47 lbs regularly, and up to 60 lbs infrequently.
  • Physical Demands: Work in various temperature-controlled environments, including temperatures below freezing (Food Distribution Center only).
  • Qualifications: Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver's license, work independently and in a team environment, and accurately use basic math skills.

Estimated Salary: $27-$35 per hour
