Snowmaker Technician

Ragged Mountain is seeking a highly skilled Snowmaker to join our team. As a Snowmaker, you will be responsible for carrying out duties assigned by the Snowmaking Manager and Supervisors, including setup and takedown of equipment, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

• Set up and take down snowmaking equipment
• Maintain and repair snowmaking equipment
• Report any issues directly to the on-duty supervisor
• Communicate with the Snowmaking Manager and Supervisors to ensure best snow quality production
• Operate the pump house
• Inventory snowmaking equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety rules and procedures
• Assist with other projects or duties as assigned

• Follow all RMR rules, procedures, and policies
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Be able to work in various positions (sitting, crouched, standing, or laying down)
• Be able to work in adverse outdoor environments
• Be able to work without supervision
• Any snowmaking experience is a plus
