Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of patient meals, including food preparation, plating, and presentation.
  • Operate the Point of Sale system to accurately process transactions and manage cash drawers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the lead kitchen coordinator to determine meal production and manage inventory.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the nutrition services department.
  • Assist with stock ordering and supply management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • ServSafe certification required within six months of hire.
  • Prior food service experience preferred.
