As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and driving sales growth in our fishing department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of fishing products, including walleye fishing gear and techniques
  • Train and assist colleagues in meeting customer needs and achieving sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on local fishing areas, warm and cold water fishing, and conventional fishing equipment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Meet shift availability requirements, including working weekends and holidays, and flexibility in scheduling based on business needs

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds on an occasional to repetitive basis
  • Physical ability to spend the majority of shift on feet, bend, stoop, and climb ladders regularly
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
