Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate/Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with new membership sales, booking Intro Classes, and retaining current members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and close
• Book and confirm Intro Sessions
• Manage the front desk, greeting and checking-in clients and prospects
• Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individual needs and wants
• Maintain a high level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed Intro Classes
• Participate in special events to promote the club
• Ensure the studio is clean and tidy

Requirements

• Ability to work 3-4 evening shifts and Saturday
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Ability to learn and use ClubReady software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 6 hours throughout the workday
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
