About the Role:

The Service Champion is a crucial part of our business, providing friendly and accurate service to customers, teammates, and managers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment, and thanking customers. The ideal candidate will also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble orders, check for accuracy, package products, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
  • Receive customer orders from the lobby and drive-thru, and accurately process payments
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked, and participate in store audits to ensure company compliance
  • Regularly clean the prep space, kitchen, and other areas throughout the restaurant, and maintain a tidy appearance with good hygiene
  • Act in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner towards customers and coworkers at all times, and be punctual and flexible in maintaining hours of employment
  • Perform effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision, and make quick and appropriate decisions to meet customer needs
  • Anticipate bottlenecks in service and take action to resolve them, and be able to communicate viewpoints and concerns to fellow employees and managers in a constructive manner

Requirements:

  • 16 years old or older, with a valid work permit if under 18
  • Legal right to work in the United States, and ability to work flexible hours
  • Food handler's certificate according to state or local requirements, and reliable transportation
  • Good communication skills, and a safety-focused and team-oriented attitude
  • Must be open to working weekends and holidays as needed, and pass a background check
