About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our team. As an integral part of our IT department, you will work closely with our development and technical operations teams to design, develop, and maintain our data integration processes.

The Job

This role involves working onshore with our in-house development resources and providing project direction to our offshore team. You will also be responsible for assisting your team in preparing management status reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop onshore development resources.
  • Provide project-related directions to offshore teams.
  • Assist in preparing management status reports.
  • Evaluate and implement data quality controls and governance frameworks.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with other external IT development teams and local development managers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
