Key Responsibilities- Manage customer flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Assist providers with patient care, including rooming processes, immunizations, and laboratory specimen collection
- Perform clinical and clerical tasks, such as ordering supplies and assisting with prior authorizations
- Provide support to the clinic, including front desk/check-in support and assistance with prescription refills
- 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
- Covid vaccine required
- Flexibility to float to other clinics in close proximity if needed
- Medical Assistant diploma highly preferred
- Experience with all patient populations highly preferred
- Epic experience highly preferred
BLS certification is required. Weekend and on-call requirements are not applicable for this position.
