Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Operations:
    • Maintain and execute accounts payable and accounts receivable systems
    • Manage monthly cash flow reconciliation reports
    • Manage and procure company insurance policies and employee benefits
    • Draft and execute independent contractor agreements
    • Oversee and implement project management software
  • Organizational Development / Fundraising:
    • Track and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, donors, and participants
    • Design stewardship plans and maintain stakeholder CRM
    • Research corporate, foundation, individual, and government funding prospects
    • Support development of solicitation materials, outreach, and follow-up
    • Maintain individual donor, government, foundation, and corporate records
    • Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising and donor events

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a knack for internal operations and a drive to execute plans
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to develop, adapt, and maintain internal systems
  • Experience with business and fundraising operations
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative and operational roles

What We Offer:

  • Annual salary between $65,000-$75,000 dependent on experience
  • PTO, benefit bonus, and participation in a QSEHRA
