We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and support the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Operations:
- Maintain and execute accounts payable and accounts receivable systems
- Manage monthly cash flow reconciliation reports
- Manage and procure company insurance policies and employee benefits
- Draft and execute independent contractor agreements
- Oversee and implement project management software
- Organizational Development / Fundraising:
- Track and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, donors, and participants
- Design stewardship plans and maintain stakeholder CRM
- Research corporate, foundation, individual, and government funding prospects
- Support development of solicitation materials, outreach, and follow-up
- Maintain individual donor, government, foundation, and corporate records
- Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising and donor events
Requirements:
- Self-starter with a knack for internal operations and a drive to execute plans
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop, adapt, and maintain internal systems
- Experience with business and fundraising operations
- 5+ years of experience in administrative and operational roles
What We Offer:
- Annual salary between $65,000-$75,000 dependent on experience
- PTO, benefit bonus, and participation in a QSEHRA
