Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Resort Attendant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the resort's interior and exterior spaces are clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
Key Responsibilities
- Housekeeping: Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including dusting, polishing, and washing surfaces, as well as sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping floors.
- Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the resort's interior and exterior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, to ensure they're in good working order.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
Requirements
