The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, housekeeping closets, and other assigned areas. This will include tasks such as transferring linen, delivering supplies, and performing general housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, interacting with guests and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest corridors, housekeeping closets, and other areas as needed.
  • Transfer linen and supplies as needed, and deliver items to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, and taking out the trash.
  • Assist with housekeeping calls and requests, ensuring that they are completed to a high standard and communicated effectively to guests.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
