- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
- Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
