Details- Specialty: Family Medicine (0.5 FTE)
- Schedule: Flexible part-time (Monday-Friday)
- Call Schedule: No Call
- Practice Environment: This role involves managing your own patient panel within a clinic focused on employer-based healthcare. Experience in family medicine, acute care, and chronic condition management is preferred. Skills in women's health and minor procedures are advantageous. A minimum of three years of experience is desired.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will collaborate with Ascension Health to provide high-quality medical services.
- Conduct patient assessments and obtain medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Document and manage treatment plans for various health conditions.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures, treatment options, and available community resources.
- Perform health screenings, immunizations, and preventative care assessments.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Physician Assistant credentialing from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board required prior to hire.
- Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
- Orthopedic Physician Assistant credentialing preferred.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
