Job Title: Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at Southcoast Health System. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and equipment
  • Take out the trash and recyclables
  • Clean floors and general sanitation
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Working Conditions:

This is a per diem position with a rotation schedule requirement of every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed. The pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
