Position Overview

Job Title: Clinical Fellowship Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Happiness House CP Rochester
Salary: Starting at $50,000, with a signing bonus of $3,000 available

Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), following a school-year schedule with Monday to Friday working hours. Evening hours may be required based on job demands.

Role Summary: As a Clinical Fellow, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat various speech and language disorders in children and adults. This role is designed to provide you with a mentored experience as you complete your Clinical Fellowship, ensuring you gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your career.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with preschool-aged children or individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous.
  • Valid New York State driver's license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high performance in job responsibilities.
Work Environment: This position operates in a preschool and clinical setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, perform various physical tasks, and occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds.
