Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Shift Manager to join our Medical Surgical Tele Part Time Nights team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervising nursing personnel in one or more patient care units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized basic care activities within the Nursing Assistant scope of practice.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units.
  • Verify that patients' needs are met and evaluate unit nursing care and performance.
  • Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments.
  • Plan and organize training for unit staff members, and participate in guidance and educational programs.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years acute care experience or equivalent.
  • RN skills as described for designated unit.
