SYDENSTRICKER NOBBE PARTNERS is seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, and services offered.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service to service department, counter, and phone customers
  2. Recommend sales of additional related or needed parts or accessories
  3. Process all in-store orders accurately and efficiently; communicate with customers regarding order status
  4. Locate and obtain merchandise for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock, or non-stocked merchandise
  5. Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying shipments and assisting with parts ordering
  6. Assist with maintaining a professional showroom image and merchandise displays
  7. Clean and organize the parts department

Requirements

  1. High School diploma or equivalent experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Basic understanding of sales principles and procedures
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
