Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding operations at our Consolidated Service Center (CSC). This role requires a strong understanding of category III sterile compounding and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in compounding pharmacy and be licensed to practice in Idaho.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations at the CSC, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams across the health system to develop and implement new services
  • Contribute to establishing non-sterile compounding services and developing the repackaging system
  • Verify final product quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
