Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our technical teams in support of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and leadership, with the ability to drive progress from project initiation through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute overall project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and people resource needs.
- Lead technical teams and work with internal stakeholders to execute programs.
- Constantly monitor for changes in project requirements, scope, or assumptions.
- Set key project messages and manage the flow of information related to project direction, issues, needs, and progress with key project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's in a technical field required.
- 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Fully on-site presence required.
