Utilize tact, courtesy, and sound judgment when interacting with customers in all circumstances. Familiarity with operating the cash register, processing payments, and managing the margarita machine is essential.

Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while being knowledgeable enough to explain the menu and all accompanying items.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Customer Interaction

Answering phone inquiries

Manage cash register operations and handle cash transactions

Assist customers with inquiries

Support takeout order processing

Facilitate curbside service

Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area

Contribute to overall restaurant hygiene

Assist in food preparation, including desserts and beverages

Customer Satisfaction

Address customer complaints swiftly, courteously, and discreetly

Perform additional tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor

DRESS CODE

Present yourself in a tidy, polished manner (clean uniform for each shift, well-groomed nails, good personal hygiene, no gum chewing while on duty, etc.)
