Job Summary

As a Primary Care Physician with TEEMA Group, you will provide comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families, serving as a primary care provider. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting preventive care, and collaborating with patients to maintain their overall health and well-being.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine medical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
  • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, and order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies, and provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with specialists for referral and consultation when necessary, and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines, and educate patients and families on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and health promotion strategies.
  • Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing both physical and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of experience in primary care medicine.
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
  • State medical license and DEA registration.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
