Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine medical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, and order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and therapies, and provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with specialists for referral and consultation when necessary, and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines, and educate patients and families on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and health promotion strategies.
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing both physical and psychosocial needs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of experience in primary care medicine.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- State medical license and DEA registration.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
