About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team at Lennox International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing equipment layouts in our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement complex planning activities to enhance production efficiency and workflow.
  • Conduct thorough studies to determine the most effective sequence of operations and workflow, ensuring maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Evaluate and present findings using formal written quantitative presentation methods.
  • Propose alternatives for materials specifications and qualify suppliers to prepare cost forecasts.
  • Recommend production methods and processes to meet design objectives for new or improved products and/or processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of project designs and inspect their implementation.
  • Assign work to drafters and technicians as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Expert knowledge of technical plans, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the engineering field. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
