**Job Summary**

Ennis Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced ER Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in the Emergency Room
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

**Requirements**

  • Current RN license in the state of Texas
  • At least 2 years of experience as an ER Nurse
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS certification (AHA preferred)
  • Active nursing license per state
  • Current updated resume and supervisory professional references
  • Must complete drug screen and background screen
