At Chili's Grill & Bar, we're seeking a skilled To Go Specialist to join our team. As a To Go Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient To Go experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to guests
  • Ensuring an exceptional To Go experience for every guest
  • Answering phone calls within three rings and assisting guests with placing To Go orders
  • Entering orders in proper sequence
  • Able to operate POS system for transactions
