Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute quarterly employee events to foster a positive work environment.

Caseload Supervision:
  • Maintain a hybrid caseload and conduct a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.
  • Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment plans.
  • Monitor ongoing ABA programs and update as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience as a practicing BCBA.
  • Current and active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable).
  • Completed BACB-approved 8-hour supervision training prior to start of employment.
  • Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism.
  • Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc.
  • Strong supervisory and management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers.
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel.
  • Experience with Central Reach (preferred).
