Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to become a vital part of our growing team. This position encompasses:
- Conducting analysis and generating reports on metrics related to Clinical and Medical services.
- Implementing data analytics to improve service quality and accountability.
- Delivering strategic insights to foster business growth and transformation.
- Collaborating with the Business Operations Manager to tackle complex challenges.
- Facilitating successful project execution and driving impactful business results.
- Ensuring high standards in healthcare and clinical reporting.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in healthcare technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Capability to lead process improvement projects and effectively analyze business requirements.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in problem-solving and project management with leadership support.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
