Automotive Painter

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team at Reading Truck. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing truck equipment orders for paint processing and ensuring a high-quality finish.

• Perform collision repairs in line with estimates with efficiency and accuracy
• Reconstruct internal & external panels & structure of vehicles
• Paint & paint prep
• Determine the necessary application of paint for a thorough coat
• Check for runs, sags, or dry spot to ensure quality finish
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Paint booth maintenance
• Minor dent repair

• 3+ years' experience painting vehicles in production environment
• 1+ year experience color matching
• 1+ year experience collision repair and/or dent removal
