Key Responsibilities

• Achieve new business production targets and objectives.

• Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.

• Process requests for policy changes from customers.

• Collect all necessary documentation from clients.

• Record each customer interaction in our management system.

• Greet all customers entering the office warmly and assist them promptly.

• Accept premium payments from clients.

• Encourage referrals from each customer and explain our referral incentives.

• Stay informed about new products and services.

• Generate insurance quotes for prospective clients.
