We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Therapeutic Associates. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients. Your goal will be to help patients achieve optimal physical function and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' physical and functional status to determine their capabilities and develop treatment plans.
- Document all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding treatments and goals.
- Manage your own caseload to maximize the effectiveness of overall care plans.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
- Current State Physical Therapist License.
- Current CPR certification.
