Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling services to students dealing with personal, social, or emotional issues.
- Address issues such as family problems, bullying, behavioral concerns, and mental health challenges.
- Conduct assessments to identify and understand the social and emotional needs of students.
- Evaluate the impact of social, economic, and environmental factors on a student's well-being and academic performance.
- Assist in crisis situations, such as emergencies, trauma, or other sudden and distressing events affecting students or the school community.
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Valid Illinois Social Worker Certification required
- Able to pass a background check and drug test required
