Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at True Food Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items to meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sauce and Dressing Preparation: Prepare and maintain a variety of sauces and dressings to enhance the flavor and presentation of our menu items.
  • Food Portioning and Presentation: Prepare and portion food items for service, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Station Management: Maintain a fully prepped and stocked station, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
  • Sanitation and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Skillset: Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
