We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Take reservations and manage the hotel's property management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
