Job Overview

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on facilities and heat-treating equipment. This includes induction furnaces, quench tanks, and related systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with repair and modification of custom components, such as induction coils and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Manage and report on the preventative maintenance program.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment with minimal production impact.
  • Design and repair induction coils and related components.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in production maintenance.
  • Heat-treating equipment experience is a plus.
