Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled data-minded professional to assist our Solar Project Manager. As a project assistant, you will oversee and coordinate the entire process for our projects, assisting customers, team members, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate customer expectations before, during, and after project completion.
  • Exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service.
  • Manage multiple projects through all phases.
  • Work independently under pressure to prioritize workloads and keep projects progressing to completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between field technicians, department management, government bodies, and customers.
  • Use independent judgment to handle inquiries, questions, and complaints.
  • Complete projects on time and review project documentation for accuracy.
  • Monitor equipment production for product integrity.
  • Meet project deadlines and build trust with contractors and the Project Management Team.
  • Assist with managing subcontractors and driving sales and profitability.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well with customers and remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Fluency with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce.
  • Sense of urgency and ownership in assignments.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with team members.
Compensation and Benefits

$42,000 per year, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
