Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve client experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Lead the development of quantitative models and algorithms to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in process automation, data analysis, and/or ETL development
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with Dash framework
  • Extensive experience with Impala or other SQL-on-Hadoop query engines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess process efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Experience with machine learning and AI concepts
  • Understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
