As a Radiologic Technologist II, you will play a critical role in our mission by performing a wide range of radiographic examinations using state-of-the-art equipment.

**Key Performance Indicators:**

• Perform high-quality radiographic examinations in various settings, including the surgical suite.
• Operate and maintain complex radiographic equipment, including C-arms and portable units.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote radiation safety and patient comfort.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

**Essential Qualifications:**

• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Valid Ohio License as a Radiographer.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

• Experience working in a surgical suite or similar environment.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
