Landscaping Crew Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced foreman to lead our landscaping crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects and maintaining a high level of quality in our work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of landscapers to complete projects on time and within budget
• Ensure all work is done to a high standard and meets company expectations
• Operate a truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials
• Use lawn equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a foreman or in a similar role
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve results
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
