Aspen Contracting LLC is a leading provider of exterior restoration services with over 50,000 satisfied customers nationwide. We are seeking a skilled Roofing Sales professional to join our team in this fast-paced position offering excellent opportunities for advancement.

This role involves working directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to properties, scope of repairs, bid, and estimate jobs. You will be responsible for overseeing each project to the homeowner's satisfaction and collecting payment.

We are looking for self-starters who can work independently and drive towards success. As a Roofing Sales professional, you will:

  • Canvass and set up appointments with potential clients
  • Use technology provided to create scope of loss or inspection reports
  • Serve as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies
  • Be present at the time of production to monitor progress and quality of work being performed to the homeowner's satisfaction and per scope of work

In terms of education and experience, we require a high school diploma or equivalent. Don't have experience working with insurance and construction? No problem We are looking for individuals with an aptitude for learning, a keen ability to persuade, and a drive to be at the top of their game every day. We will provide all necessary training and tools for success.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on previous experience. Our compensation package includes weekly pay, commission-based income, medical, dental, disability insurance after 60 days, and 401(k) program eligibility after a year as a full-time employee.
