- Ensure high-quality customer service standards and profit goals are met through proactive sales and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with support groups to develop and implement activities within the branch market area.
- Monitor and control operational and administrative expenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at civic and community events.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of retail banking experience, with 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
