Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our travel team in a Hospital setting in Bakersfield, CA.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a dynamic Hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Hospital setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Active CA. Hospital license
  • 2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Hospital environment
