  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visually appealing store displays, ensuring merchandise is stocked and merchandising guidelines are followed.
  • Fitting Room Support: Monitor and maintain the fitting room areas, returning merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Accurately process customer purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns, following standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
