About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Strive Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal outcomes and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries and conditions.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
