**Job Title:** Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Maine Health. In this role, you will provide personal care and homemaker services based on the patient's care plan, assessments of their personal care needs, and supervision of care.

This is a per diem position with variable hours, offering flexibility for those looking to balance work and personal life. If you have experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; must obtain 12 hours of education annually.
  • State of Maine Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant required.
  • Valid Driver's license with vehicle and liability insurance as specified by agency policy required.
  • Hospice certification must be obtained within two years of employment.
  • Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Two years of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide required.

**Compensation and Benefits:
