The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a unique experience for our customers by identifying their needs and providing outstanding service. You will utilize our proprietary selling process to demonstrate, quote, and close sales, while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our entire product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues
  • Maintain store standards and ensure accurate processing of POS transactions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to listen effectively
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions that drive business results
