Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment/machinery to ensure proper operating condition
  • Utilize hand tools, precision instruments, and power tools to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Adjust and reassemble equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnostic equipment
Requirements
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Complete and pass pre-employment testing, including a drug screen and physical
  • High school education or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year related experience/training or equivalent combination of education or experience
Working Conditions

The Heavy Equipment Technician will work in a repair shop environment, with occasional work in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
