About the Job

The Plant Operator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our RNG facilities. This position requires a strong understanding of digester and RNG upgrading equipment, as well as the ability to optimize production processes and maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain RNG production systems, ensuring safe and environmentally compliant operation.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize RNG production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct routine checks and tests to ensure the quality of manure and product gas meet specified standards.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on plant equipment, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including production data, equipment status, and maintenance activities.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and the integrity of the facility.
