Bilfinger Inc. is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our team at our Port Lavaca, TX location.

• Verify and install various flanges in work areas as needed
• Ensure correct bolts and gaskets are used according to specifications
• Install and remove blinds, verifying proper material and thickness
• Perform torquing of bolts per specifications
• Operate mobile equipment, such as aerial lifts and forklifts, with prior certification
• Work with pipefitters and welders to complete tasks
• Lead journeymen and supervisors must be trained in the permitting process
• Understand and apply energy isolation procedures (Lock Out/Tag Out)
• Dismantle and re-install piping systems
• Utilize various tools, including pipe wrenches and line up bars
• Identify and mitigate hazards associated with job tasks

• Proven experience in bolt up
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, including standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
