Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to support the readiness of our autonomous ride-hailing fleet vehicles. Based in Las Vegas, NV, this is a full-time, 6-month ongoing contract position.
About the RoleAs a Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Specialist, you will perform maintenance and repairs, ensuring our vehicles are safe for on-road usage. Your responsibilities will include configuring and setting up vehicles, diagnosing issues, and coordinating repairs with our engineering team. You will also maintain service records, document quality field reports, and ensure our shop facilities are well-maintained.
Requirements- 2+ years of technician experience
- Extensive knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Clean/excellent driving record
- Reliable, self-starter work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Team player spirit
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in an automotive-focused engineering or research lab
- Knowledge of CAN, wiring diagrams, and soldering preferred
- Ability to tow a car hauler and other large trailers
- Estimated salary: $35.00 USD per hour
