Job Summary:
AccentCare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to implement care plans, educate patients and their families on home safety and medical equipment, and provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to Physical Therapists and physicians
* Educate patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety
* Work collaboratively with the Physical Therapy team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
* Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
* Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
* Valid CPR certification
* Ability to travel to all business locations
