About the Position

We are seeking a skilled marine technician to join our team at EAST COAST MARINE. As a marine technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing various boat systems, including Mercury/Mercruiser products.

Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and repairing boat systems, including bilge pumps, stereo systems, and more
  • Performing routine maintenance and complex repairs
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of boat system issues
Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and commission-based pay. Benefits include health insurance (100% paid), 401(k), profit sharing, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical knowledge of boat systems and repair techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
